Everything was very good, loved our relaxing stay. The location was stunning, around 10-15 minutes walk from French Quarter. A night market and a market were right next door.
The hotel staff was not very friendly.

The breakfast was outstanding, the location was ideal near Hoan Kiem lake, the staff was caring. I liked the double room. It was cheap overall with comfortable bed. Services were great too.

The place was budget and trendy boutique and the staff were understanding, the location was unbeatable in the old quarter of Hanoi close to the Hoan Kiem lake. Warm and ideal units with modern spotless bathrooms. Food provided for breakfast was fine. Fairly clean hotel, terrific service.
Beds were way too hard in this place.

Fine breakfast, especially coffee, yoghourt, cereal, fresh fruit and scrambled eggs, the staff was dedicated. We stayed in a family room and liked a luxury bathroom. Spotless hotel and first-class service. Walking distance to the tidy beach.

Normal hotel, easy location, we booked the superior double room and loved it. Balcony and coffee in the room and the really comfortable bed. Breakfast was tasty, with lots of goodies. There was a cosy restaurant, shops and the markets next door. Efficient service at all times too;)))
The first time we met restaurant staff they were a bit rude.
